Payment & delivery (B2B)

1. General

Our goods are carefully checked and packaged before dispatch.

Please check the goods immediately upon receipt to ensure that they are intact and complete.

2. Prices

All prices are net prices and are in euros. Currency loss on receipt of payment in a foreign currency is excluded. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the prices apply for delivery ex sales in Kuerten.

The prices of our offers are non-binding.

3. Payment

Orders can be paid in advance, PayPal or credit card.

All goods delivered by us remain our property until the buyer has paid all claims from the business relationship. If unpaid goods that are still subject to retention of title are sold to third parties after processing, the claim against third parties is transferred to us in the amount of the value of our property used.

4. Contract value

For orders under EUR 100 (net), we will charge a minimum quantity surcharge of EUR 10.00.

5. Shipment

The dispatch takes place without exception at the expense and risk of the recipient. Please report any transport damage to the shipping service provider immediately. We only send tracked packages.

6. Delivery time

The delivery dates specified are non-binding. Events of force majeure, wars, delivery difficulties on the part of the manufacturer entitle us to partially or completely cancel the delivery obligation. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries;

each partial delivery is considered an independent delivery.

7. Packaging

The packaging is calculated at self-cost and included in the shipping costs and not taken back.

8. Complaints

We can only consider complaints immediately after receiving the goods. n the event of any further delivery to third parties, we cannot acknowledge their complaints and only our client is the customer. Complaints and discrepancies do not release the customer from the agreed terms of payment. Claims for damages are expressly rejected. If the complaint is justified, a replacement will be delivered free of charge or the amount charged will be reimbursed at our discretion. Further claims cannot be satisfied. All deliveries are only made on the basis of the above delivery and payment terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Place of fulfillment

Kuerten applies to both parties for all rights and obligations arising from the business. The district court of Bergisch-Gladbach is the place of jurisdiction for both parties.
